Phu Cuong New Urban Complex at Lot 4 & 5 in Rach Gia City is under construction of the infrastructure works.
 
As of the end of April 2010, Phu Cuong New Urban Complex project owned by Phu Cuong Investment Corporation (PCI) has been completed about 50% of the total infrastructure works. The construction of the main roads comprising 3 Thang 2, Le Hong Phong, Hung Vuong have been completed with the foundation well in place. The road frames and foundation structures of other minor roads, from Road No. 1 to Road No. 7, have been completed as well and getting ready for the construction of road surface.

In the meantime, some of main drainage network and soakage pits have also been built from 30-50% of the total works according to the implementation calendar.

It’s expecting that by end of the 3rd quarter of 2010, all of the main infrastructure works of the project will be completed and ready for the further construction works on the ground. In the same time, some remaining minor infrastructure works will also be in place by end of the year. 

As the outcomes of the marketing efforts, PCI has received many inquiries for the sales of products of this project. Those inquiries are diversified and under consideration for appropriate responses. At this moment, two outstanding projects comprising one five-star hotel and one five-star hospital have approached the conclusion stage.  The local government has also facilitated well for the project to be implemented in time as planned.
